From May 4th to May 7th there have been four credit card thefts targeting elderly females at retail stores in the parking lot. The victim's are distracted and their credit cards are stolen from their purses. Other suspects had followed behind them in the retail store and obtained their PIN. Subsequently the suspects use the stolen credit cards for cash withdrawals and retail purchases.
May 4th victims were at Wal-Mart Longo's and Metro May 7th victim was at Shoppers Drug Mart.

Suspect to Identify: Halton Hills Occurrence #2020-029028

On Jan 23 2020, a wallet was stolen from the complainant at the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall at 13850 Steeles Avenue in the Town of Milton. Credit cards from the wallet was then used at various locations including Starbucks in the Toronto Premium Outlets and 2 other locations in Guelph (Cyber Computer Shop at 292 Stone Road West Guelph and Best Buy at 151 Stone Road West Guelph).
The female suspect is described as brown skin approximately 160-170lbs, 5'4'-5'7', heavier build, with a wide nose....
Suspect to Identify: Burlington Occurrence #2020-065947

On 22 FEB 2020, the victim lost her wallet in Burlington. The suspect located the wallet and made several purchases with her financial card along Fairview Street in Burlington.
Male suspect is described as: white 35 - 45 years old, thin build, 160-170 lbs, 5'7 to 5'9, grey/black goatee. Possible tattoo on left hand/ wrist.

Suspect to Identify: Burlington Occurrence #2019-411416

In December 2019, the suspect befriended the victim who suffers from an acquired brain injury. The suspect convinced the victim to withdraw a total of $1,900.00 from an undisclosed bank in the City of Burlington. Investigation by police determined that the victim believed he was paying for home renovations which never occurred.

On 26 OCT 2019, two male suspects attended the Food Basics located at 5353 Lakeshore Road Burlington. It is believed that they used a fraudulent credit card to purchase multiple Gift Cards totaling over $3,000.
Suspect 1 is described as male, black, average height/build, black hair in dreadlocks shoulder length, wearing a black shirt, black pants, black bomber style jacket, black pants and black shoes.
