Oakville Doctor Charged with Sexual Assault

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has made an arrest and laid a charge of sexual assault against a doctor practicing out of an Oakville clinic.

The accused was working at “Bristol Family Physicians” located on Bristol Circle in Oakville at the time of the offence.  Police were contacted after an adult female was sexually assaulted during a visit to the clinic.

Stabbing Investigation in Oakville

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has made an arrest and laid charges after a stabbing attack in Oakville.

On Sunday October 6, 2024, at approximately 12:50 pm police were called to the Oakville GO transit station located at 214 Cross Avenue for reports of a stabbing. An adult female victim was stabbed in the back with a knife and transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police located a suspect near the scene of the stabbing and placed him under arrest.

Guilty Plea in Homicide of Brampton Teenager

One of the accused in the murder of a Brampton teenager has plead guilty to second-degree murder.

On June 30, 2020, members of the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) responded to a homicide on 10 Side Road near Guelph Line in Milton. Investigators in Burlington Look to Identify Break and Enter Suspect

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in several break and enter occurrences in Halton region and Hamilton. 

In June, 2024, officers with the 3 District Criminal Investigations Bureau began investigating a series of daytime residential break and enter occurrences that were taking place in Burlington.
