OCCURRENCE SYNOPSIS

On February 19 2024, Mr. Draicchio was arrested in Oakville with three other accused parties as part of an auto theft investigation. The group was in possession of 2 stolen Toyota 4Runners. 

At that time, Draicchio was charged with the following: 

  • Possession of Stolen Property over $5000 (3 counts)
  • Possession of Break in Instrument
  • Possession of Automobile Master Key
  • Possession of Device to Obtain Computer Services

Draicchio was released on bail however he failed to appear at his most recent court appearance in May. A Bench Warrant has been issued for his arrest.
