On December 7th, 2024 at approximately 1:05pm, a 2005 Honda Civic operated by a seventeen year old male was southbound on 6th Nassagaweya Line in the Town of Milton when it lost control and struck a hydro pole on the east side of the roadway.  The driver sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle, and no other vehicles were involved.

The cause of the collision is presently under investigation, and any witnesses who have not yet spoken with police are asked to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 905-825-4747 ext. 5065.
