The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect who is responsible for an indecent act that took place in the trail system near the intersection of Neyagawa Boulevard and Dundas Street West in Oakville.

On April 4, 2025 an adult female was running on the trail system when she noticed a male pass her on a bike. Further down the trail, after completing her jog, the female noticed the same suspect walking towards her with his pants undone. When confronted, the suspect ran in the opposite direction. He did not speak to her or touch her.  

Investigators believe this suspect may be responsible for three similar offences taking place between June and October of 2024. In each of the incidents, the suspect exposed himself or appeared to be committing an indecent act. The suspect did not speak or physically touch any victim. These incidents took place in the trail systems north of Dundas Street between Sixth Line and Neyagawa Boulevard.

The suspect is described as follows (see attached photos):

  • Male, white or light brown skin, between 25 and 40 years old
  • Medium build
  • Approximately 5’8- 5’10 tall
  • Short dark brown or black hair
