The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) will be hosting a media conference to provide details regarding a major auto theft investigation, “Project Ninja”. 

Media are invited to attend and hear from members of the investigative team as well as Deputy Chief of Police, Jeff Hill.

The three month investigation resulted in the dismantling of a sophisticated auto theft ring that was operating in Halton and throughout the GTA. Police will release information on the arrests and charges laid against multiple individuals as well as details on outstanding suspects.

Media will have an opportunity to photograph seized items, including the toy hauler travel trailer that was used by the thieves to conceal stolen cars and trucks during transport.
