At approximately 2:21am on the 8th of March 2025, the Halton Regional Police Service was notified of a single motor vehicle collision that had occurred on Regional Road 25 south of Derry Road in the Town of Milton.  One occupant was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

A 22 year old male from Milton was charged with Operation while Impaired, G1 - Drive at Unlawful Hour and Drive under Suspension.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation. Any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police are asked to call 905-825-4747 ext: 5065.
