 Halton Regional Police Service have located OFFOR-JAMES safe and in good health. We ask that any photos of the missing person be deleted and taken down.

The Halton Regional Police Service is attempting to locate Andrew OFFOR-JAMES who was last seen mid September 2024, in the area of Orion Court in Oakville.

Andrew OFFOR-JAMES is described as; a black male, 24 years of age, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, 180 pounds with a slim/athletic build.  Andrew was last seen with short black hair, goatee, brown eyes and sometimes wears black framed prescription glasses. 

Mr. OFFOR-JAMES’ family is concerned for his well-being.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or the HRPS non-emergency number at 905-825 4747, ext. 2210.
