The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance is locating a missing Burlington teenager.

Joshua Milligan- Sands (14) of Burlington was last seen on foot at approximately 10:00 pm on April 23, 2025 at Union Station in Toronto. He left his residence in Burlington two days prior to his last known location.

Joshua is described as:

  • Male
  • White
  • Approximately 5’5” tall, with a thin build
  • Shaggy, medium length dirty blonde hair

 He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black track pants and white Nike running shoes. Joshua may also be carrying a black cross-body satchel.

 Anyone with information about Joshua or his possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905 825 4777.

A person can be reported missing at any time – there is no 24 hour waiting period. If you are concerned for someone’s immediate safety, call 9-1-1. Otherwise, you can report a person as missing to the Halton Regional Police Service by calling the non-emergency number 905-825-4777.
