Police seeking eye witness and dash camera footage to assist with theft investigation.

On April 26, 2024, The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) responded to an incident involving the theft of electronic equipment from a tractor trailer. Investigators believe the theft may have occurred while the tractor trailer was in transit and are requesting the public’s assistance regarding the possibility of dash cam video.

Anyone who may have witnessed a tractor trailer stopped on Ninth Line, near the intersection of Burnhamthorpe Road in Oakville, between the hours of 10:45pm on April 24, 2024, and 12:30am on April 25, 2024, is asked to contact the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2216.
