On Jan 23 2020, a wallet was stolen from the complainant at the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall at 13850 Steeles Avenue in the Town of Milton. Credit cards from the wallet was then used at various locations including Starbucks in the Toronto Premium Outlets and 2 other locations in Guelph (Cyber Computer Shop at 292 Stone Road West Guelph and Best Buy at 151 Stone Road West Guelph).

The female suspect is described as brown skin approximately 160-170lbs, 5'4'-5'7', heavier build, with a wide nose. She is observed wearing dark sunglasses a grey/black plaid Yukon winter hat with grey fur on the forehead and side flaps, a black winter jacket, a long black scarf with a thin white checkered pattern, tight dark pants and black boots cut above the ankle.

The male suspect is described as brown skin approximately 180-190lbs, 5'8'-5'10', medium build, with a mustache. He is observed wearing a dark sweater with the hood up, covered by a black winter jacket with a hood blue jeans and beige/tan shoes.
